Warm Weather Connections
For Caregivers and Individuals with Dementia
Alzheimer’s New Jersey® invites caregivers and loved ones in the early stage of dementia to join us for an hour of casual fun and conversation.
Our Warm Weather Connections program is designed to provide participants with a place to connect and spend time together outside of the home in a supportive environment.
We will be hosting a series of one- hour programs to be scheduled in July and August. Each program will feature our “Timeless Talk” Conversation Cards to encourage connection and reminiscence. Attendees will receive their own deck of cards to take home with them.
