Warm Weather Connections

For Caregivers and Individuals with Dementia

Alzheimer’s New Jersey® will be hosting a series of one-hour programs to be scheduled in July and August. Each program will feature our “Timeless Talk” Conversation Cards to encourage connection and reminiscence among caregivers and their loved ones in the early stage of dementia. Attendees will receive their own deck of cards to take home with them.

This one-hour program is designed to provide participants with a place to connect and spend time together outside of the home in a supportive environment.
