Hospice & Palliative Care for Individuals with Dementia – Webinar

Join Alzheimer’s New Jersey for a guest speaker webinar designed for caregivers and anyone supporting an individual living with dementia. This webinar will explore the role of hospice and palliative care in addressing comfort and quality of life during the advanced stages of dementia. Guest speaker Heidi Facchini, RN, Director of Nursing and Patient Services from Center for Hope Hospice, will discuss the differences between hospice and palliative care as well as the benefits of comfort care for individuals with dementia.
