Join Alzheimer’s New Jersey for an important webinar exploring the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). PACE is a comprehensive, community-based care program designed to support older adults and their caregivers who wish to remain safely at home.
During this webinar, representatives from two New Jersey PACE programs, Monique Credle from BoldAge PACE and Susan Brown from AtlantiCare LIFE Connection, will discuss the role of PACE, the interdisciplinary services included in the program, and how the program can support individuals with dementia and their caregivers. Monique and Susan will explain PACE eligibility requirements. Listed below is a general list to help you determine if this webinar will be beneficial to you.
To be eligible for PACE, you must:
- Be 55 years of age or older
- Reside in the service area of a PACE organization
- Need assistance with activities of daily living
- Be able to live safely in the community with the help of PACE services
- In order for PACE services to be covered under Medicaid (or Medicaid + Medicare), then financial eligibility rules for Medicaid long-term services must be met
