Community Outreach Representative
The Volunteer Community Outreach Representative provides assistance in networking with community offices and libraries to link the community to the Association’s Programs and Services. Positions based in Denville and Princeton offices with travel to off-site locations. Weekly flexible scheduled hours. Use of personal vehicle required.
Data Entry/Mailing List Assistant
The Volunteer Data Entry/Mailing List Assistant provides assistance in data entry and updating mailing lists. Position based in Denville office. 2 days per week, 4 hours per day. Good customer service skills, particularly in communicating via telephone, previous experience with data entry and knowledge of Excel required.
Health Fair Representative
The Volunteer Health Fair Representative provides assistance in representing the Association at Health Fairs. Positions based in Denville and Princeton offices with travel to off-site programs and events. Weekly flexible hours based on Health Fair schedule. Fall and Spring are busiest seasons. Use of personal vehicle required.
Helpline Office Assistant
The Volunteer Helpline Office Assistant provides support with Helpline services. Position based in Denville office. 1 day per week, 4 hours per day. Good customer service skills, particularly in communicating via telephone and knowledge of Excel required.
Memory Walk Team Calling Representative
The Volunteer Memory Walk Team Calling Representative provides assistance in relationship building with Team Captains. Position based in Denville, Princeton, Oradell or Red Bank office. 1 day per week, 4 hours per day. Excellent customer service skills, particularly in communicating via telephone required.
Office Assistant
The Volunteer Office Assistant for our Southern Regional Office in Red Bank provides administrative assistance to the Associate Director. Position based in Red Bank office. 1 day per week, 4 hours per day. Good customer service skills, particularly in communicating via telephone and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Program Assistant
The Volunteer Program Assistant provides assistance with programs for professional education programs and large community workshops. Positions based in Denville and Princeton offices with travel to off-site programs and events. Weekly flexible hours based on the program schedule. Use of personal vehicle required.
Resource Library Assistant
The Volunteer Resource Library Assistant provides assistance in organizing and maintaining the Greater New Jersey Chapter Resource Library. Position based in Denville office. 2 days per month, 4 hours per day.
